Workplace Smoking Cessation Specialist takes up post.

Northern Group Systems (Environmental Health) funded by the Northern Tobacco Control Group has employed a Workplace smoking cessation specialist to deliver a programme of smoking cessation activities in the Northern board area.
The role of the Workplace Smoking Cessation Specialist includes:
Targeting workplaces and community organisations across the northern group of councils which includes: Newtownabbey, Antrim, Ballymena, Carrickfergus, Larne, Magherafelt, Cookstown, Ballymoney, Moyle and Coleraine
Building partnership arrangements at a local level with public, private, community and voluntary organisations for the development and delivery of smoking cessation services within these settings.
